We are aware that numerous people are encountering issues when trying to join HPAG's 'Private' Facebook Group. It appears that they have been automatically rejected, having failed to answer the joining questions in full or having failed to agree to the group's rules.

You maybe aware of the facebook facility to invite other to join a group or page. It appears that the questions and rules are not visible to those who have sought to join having been 'invited' by friends or family. 

It appears that the 'gremlins' in the system occur as a result  of a conflict with the link that is generated following a HPAG member sending an invite. This conflict is a common issue related to facebook and not down our administration of the HPAG pages.
