"...Is it 5% or 20% VAT, that is the question;

Is it wise to trust the tongue of a serpent...?
Tasting air for scent of a victim...?
Or to silence its rattle, expunge its venom
and forever expose its scaly nature..."

The group has been inundated with examples given by Park Operators desperate to avoid answering a simple question.

Such is the rhetoric they use it is no surprise that owners are wary of the dark arts in play.

Following complaints to HMRC it appears Action Fraud have now become 'involved' and are in discussion with the National Fraud Intelligence Agency, who we believe, are of the opinion that something isn’t adding up.

We believe it to be the case, from information provided to us, that there is a full complaint in place, against PHUK, so if you are an owner on one of their parks and are concerned about the information provided by them, regarding VAT, then call Action Fraud on 0300 2342040 or 0300 123 2040 and log a complaint.
This will be passed on to the National Fraud Intelligence Agency.

This also relates to other operators. So if your company is behaving in a manner that you feel is an attempt to 'obfuscate' their true intentions with regards to how they apply VAT to your pitch fees, then please consider also making a formal complaint to Action Fraud.
